Challenge

Neuraxpharm, a large multinational acquires local pharmaceutical companies in different countries, each with its own identity, values and way of working. The challenge for the company is to align these new corporate family members making them understand mission, vision, objectives and work according to the values and mindset of Neuraxpharm.

Solution

We designed an internal communication campaign for the newly acquired sales team focusing an editorial line on the 4 senses (see, smell, hear, feel) matching each of them with a value of the company. We took advantage of the yearly sales convention to make it an experiential happening, planning both activities and speeches linked to sensations and emotions welcoming and incorporating the newly arrived people in a natural way.
