Easy Access to Saudi Market Workshops

Challenge
The challenge for our new client: SASO (Saudi Standards Metrology and Quality Organization) and its 3 sponsor companies: TÜV Rheinland , RACS & Gulftic, was to raise awareness, educate and stimulate the targeted export companies in the 3 countries, invite as many attendees as possible to the events to finally increase exports to Saudi Arabia. Our main challenge: streamline communication between the different parties, from a very different culture, prepare the events and assure as many participants as possible in only 5 weeks.
Solution
We created a special squad of professionals from our creative, marketing and events team a to co-design, communicate and prepare this mini-roadshow containing 3 events, workshop style in a record of time. We closely collaborated with our international hotel partners to find the right spaces in each city and create a similar look & feel for the event. Our relationship with international press partners helped to distribute all press releases via the right channels reaching the right public.
