Challenge

HP wanted to organize a completely “out of the box” event celebrating outstanding results and presenting its strategy for the next year to keep employees engaged with objectives. Over 350 attendees  from worldwide would enjoy a unique and WOW experience. The challenge was to create a non-stop surprising Participant Journey in a time frame of 5 months.

Solution

We created the “concenvitve” concept, a dynamic claim and chose the superb Hard Rock Hotel in Tenerife to assure success and a continuous WOW for all participants.  We started with a rocking welcome night in the open-air theatre. The rock-stars were HP managers performing a “Bon Jovi” style “it’s my print”. An impacting drum session and a sand artist telling HPs’ story would follow. After 2 days of meetings and fun activities a gala dinner took place in a banana plantation with a startling  Oscar’s style awards ceremony and a Carnaval Troupe performance.
