Challenge

To start moving in the digital direction, new cloud-based sales tools and processes needed to be launched. The challenge was to create an attractive, effective and interactive online training event series for the sales team in Spain assuring participants would understand and learn the content in a playful way to quickly onboard everyone, without loosing the magic, networking and excitement generated at a F2F event.

Solution

We designed an impactful, attractive virtual event concept and launched engaging communications with teasers of the event, getting attendees ready for the experience. A well-known radio announcer was contracted as Master of Ceremony assuring engagement and audience retention including the necessary fun moments throughout the three 2-hour event sessions. A gamification tool was used to create interaction, learning checks and hilarious moments amongst the participants to get them through the dense learning content. Our steaming team took care of the technical site of the event.
