Challenge

Henkel wanted to organize the yearly sales incentive for their young, and mainly male, sales team, in a different environment (up till this moment incentives always took place in Spain) motivating the team to increase sales and talent retention. Combine the work and leisure agenda optimizing the limited time frame at the destination whilst assuring a surprising
and memorable experience for all attendees beyond the Spanish border within a very
tight budget.

Solution

We worked out a creative concept, the event branding and the storyline without revealing the destination. After scouting different interesting places, we choose Marrakech, as it has direct connections, short flights and transfer times allowing the optimization of the agenda creating space for the business meetings and assuring enough time to experience a dose of adventure and excitement that the city and surroundings provide. Marrakech is a nearby and quite exotic destination, but still unknown to many. The value for money the destination offers assures a luxury experience at a very reasonable price and great service, blasting the Customer Journey our client was looking for.
