Challenge

HP needed to present the Renew Program in a way that combined clarity, usability, and brand storytelling. The challenge was to transform a technically complex process, how cartridges are refurbished and recycled, into a simple, intuitive digital experience that could engage customers, reinforce HP’s sustainability commitment, and adapt seamlessly across desktop, mobile, and tablet. At the same time, the landing page had to serve as a scalable marketing asset, ready for localization and future updates without compromising user experience.

Solution

We developed a prototype of the HP Renew Program landing page with a strong emphasis on user experience and UI/UX clarity. The goal was present the program information accurately to make it intuitive, engaging, and easy to navigate across desktop, mobile, and tablet. Through iterative refinements, the design evolved into a page that communicates the Renew Program with both simplicity and impact, while remaining flexible enough to support future translations and content updates. The result was a functional prototype: it provided HP with an interactive digital asset that reinforced the credibility of the sustainability message, and laid the groundwork for a global rollout. By enhancing usability and consistency, the project strengthened the way HP could position the Renew Program as a clear, accessible, and impactful sustainability initiative.
