Challenge
HP planned to host its largest employee convention to date, bringing together more than 1,800 participants for an immersive learning and engagement experience. The challenge was to scale attendance while ensuring flawless operations across every touchpoint: from venue transformation and breakout session management to security compliance and real-time agenda adjustments. At the same time, the event needed to align with HP’s strategic vision for the future of work, turning each space and interaction into a meaningful brand moment while delivering measurable engagement.
Solution

We transformed the venue into a series of purpose-driven learning environments, managed 25+ breakout sessions, and introduced innovative presentation formats to maximize engagement.
