Challenge
HP identified internal difficulties in the organization of its sales documentation on its products and 3D solutions. The abundance of scattered and disorganized information resulted in fragmentation that often led to duplication of tasks, misunderstandings and loss of valuable time.
Solution
We developed a webapp as a repository where all the necessary information could be found in a structured way and tagged by metadata. The application organizes all the information by sector, client type and industry. Users can also create their own spaces for each client, with all related documentation in a flexible and organized way.
