A top-notch product launch

Challenge
HP wanted to launch its latest generation large format printers with the aim of generating leads and pre-sales. The main challenge was to create an interactive and experiential event in an attractive destination and suitable venue for this 3-week back-to-back event with +1,000 overseas attendees.
Solution
We generated an appealing flow to assure an experiential event and transformed the Meridien RA Hotel in Tarragona into an “HP Printing Village”, converting non-event spaces into a large showcase area, 8 break-out rooms and a networking area. An exclusive “off-event” partner experience included visiting the wine area, cultural activities and beach sport creating interaction. To move, and install, the LF printers, a crane company and specialized technical staff were contracted. Our Sales Enablement team trained speakers on the storytelling and the sales pitch to engage with the public.
