Challenge
HP Customer Welcome Centers (CWCs) face inconsistencies in demo delivery due to a lack of standardized processes and guidelines. Each center interprets and presents solutions demos differently, leading to variations across locations. Additionally, onboarding new discussion leaders remains a challenge.
Solution
To address this, we conducted on-site visits to two CWCs and held remote demos with three others to gain firsthand insights into their unique challenges and needs. This close engagement allowed us to see the field's needs directly and act in a strategic advisory role.
